Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Silverton Casino. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
