Job Title: Company Secretary Trainee

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Company Secretary Trainee to support our team in articleship. The trainee will gain practical experience in corporate governance, compliance, and statutory obligations, supporting the company secretarial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Board Meeting Documents: Assist in creating agendas, proposals, and checklists for board meetings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintenance of Statutory Registers: Regularly update and maintain statutory registers and records.
  • Preparation and Filing of Forms: Handle the preparation and filing of various forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), as well as applications for Trade Marks, PAN, TAN, and drafting Debenture Agreements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: File forms and documents with regulatory authorities, ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely, under the supervision of Senior Executives/Analysts.
  • Document and Form Preparation: Assist in drafting and preparing necessary documents and forms for compliance and governance.

Requirements:

  1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
  2. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate with team members and external parties.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of Executive Development Program (EDP)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with corporate governance practices.

  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
