Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Board Meeting Documents: Assist in the creation of agendas, proposals, and checklists for board meetings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintenance of Statutory Registers: Regularly update and maintain statutory registers and records.
  • Preparation and Filing of Forms: Handle the preparation and filing of various forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), as well as applications for Trade Marks, PAN, TAN, and drafting Debenture Agreements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: File forms and documents with regulatory authorities, ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely, under the supervision of Senior Executives/Analysts.
  • Document and Form Preparation: Assist in the drafting and preparation of necessary documents and forms for compliance and governance.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of Executive Development Program (EDP)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with corporate governance practices.

  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

As a CS Trainee at SAS Partners Corporate Advisors Private Limited, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation of agendas, proposals, and checklists for board meetings, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will also be responsible for regularly updating and maintaining statutory registers and records, handling the preparation and filing of various forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and drafting Debenture Agreements. In addition, you will be filing forms and documents with regulatory authorities, ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely, under the supervision of Senior Executives/Analysts. You will also assist in the drafting and preparation of necessary documents and forms for compliance and governance.
