**Job Title:** Senior Associate Corporate Secretarial
About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert corporate secretarial services, ensuring seamless compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include handling all corporate secretarial matters, from company incorporation to liquidation, as well as organizing board meetings and preparing comprehensive board packs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Handling all corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of companies, including incorporation, liquidation, and statutory compliance.
- Organizing board meetings and preparing detailed board packs to ensure informed decision-making.
- Preparing necessary documents for AGM, EGM, board resolutions, liquidations, and other key corporate events.
- Setting up bank accounts for clients and ensuring timely compliance with statutory obligations.
- Providing ad hoc client administration support and preparing reviews of tasks for associates.
About You
- Requirements
- Qualified Company Secretary with a minimum of 4 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent spoken and written English, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
