Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretary to join our team. As a Corporate Secretary, you will be responsible for providing corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of non-listed client companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of non-listed client companies by providing the full set of corporate secretarial services.
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, Foreign Exchange Management Act, registrations/modifications with various authorities, and other regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Build up opportunities for additional services provided to existing clients.
  • Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the team.
  • Supervise and review subordinates' work.
  • Assist the Manager to monitor & manage the productivity and effectiveness of the team.
Requirements
  • Degree holder; member of ICSI.
  • 0-1 years of Post qualification-relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of local country company regulations is required, and, familiarity with regulations of other overseas jurisdictions is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
