About this Role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Strategic Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for translating complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized solutions.

  • This involves working closely with clients to understand their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.

Operational Excellence

This role requires a strong focus on operational excellence, including overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Responsibilities also include managing team workload and assignments for advanced management system and optimization projects.
  • Ensuring delivery meets quality standards, is within budget, and provides measurable return on investment is essential.
  • The successful candidate will also contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of work experience in FP&A, accounting or adaptive deployments.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong technical skills, including configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
  • A proven track record of managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is required.
  • Workday Financials and Project Manager Certifications are preferred but not necessary.
