Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our organization. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic financial insights to drive business growth and success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of planning and budgeting processes, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating results to senior leaders.
  • Oversee forecasting of cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheet across various cycles, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Analyze and monitor group spend, develop reporting suites, and support leadership in overseeing initiatives and benefits.
  • Partner with senior leaders across global teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Challenge assumptions, ensure cost alignment with plans, and recommend improvements to optimize resource allocation.
  • Support capital project arguments and ensure successful delivery, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights on spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive optimization efforts to enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with Procurement on supplier contracts and processes, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Review and optimize reporting and accounting procedures, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business partnering with senior leaders in global organizations, driving strategic initiatives and achieving business outcomes.
  • Independent, detail-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools, with experience in improving or creating planning and reporting processes.
  • Organized, fast-paced, and deadline-driven, with exceptional communication skills to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
