Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Professional to join our dynamic finance organization.

  • Prepare and finalize comprehensive financial statements and management information systems (MIS)
  • Support consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and audit processes
  • Perform variance analysis and highlight key business drivers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tax, Treasury, Business Units)
  • Develop strategic board decks, dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) reports for leadership
  • Drive improvements in reporting systems, processes, and compliance
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–7 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Detailed understanding of Ind AS, financial reporting, and audit processes

This role requires a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic insights, reporting excellence, and financial decision-making.

  • Manage the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis tools
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership and external partners
