Job Title: Financial Controller - Operations Excellence
The position of Financial Controller is a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the entire financial function including Fund Management, Audit, Working Capital Management, Banking, MIS, IT, Income Tax matters, GST, and Statutory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly review of books of accounts and financial reports, ensuring accurate preparation of Balance Sheets, P & L, and other compliance.
  • Handling procure to pay, order to cash, Capex management, Salary & employee reimbursements, and complete control over Fixed Assets.
  • Conducting financial statement variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast, period-over-period actuals).
  • Analyzing financial data and providing cost-saving opportunities to the management.
  • Ensuring timely completion of Internal and External Audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
  • Preparing and finalizing Income Tax Returns, monthly GST Returns, monthly TDS, and reconciliation of input tax credit.
  • Managing daily cash flow and working capital.

Requirements:

  • Effective leader and team player with strong communication skills.
  • Good analytics and reporting skills.
  • Expertise in Accounting Systems, POS Systems, and cost and inventory systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and partner with others to promote teamwork.

Candidates should have experience in handling accounting operations across Pan India and must be well-versed with Account Receivable, Account Payable, Fund Management, Internal and External Audits, Compliance, GST, and Income Tax Act requirements.

Candidates with experience in the QSR or Retail industry will be preferred.
