  • Take ownership of profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, leveraging expertise in handling large-scale business turnover.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate business growth and enhance competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote sustainable business practices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in purchasing, sales, or business operations.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale businesses with turnovers between ₹50–100 Cr.
  • Strong financial acumen and decision-making ability, with excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale businesses sustainably, coupled with an MBA or equivalent qualification.
