Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. The successful candidate will be a visionary, collaborating with functional heads to identify and solve complex business challenges using AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business problems and propose innovative AI-based solutions to enhance business outcomes.
  • Translate business challenges into analytical problems and build scalable solutions leveraging AI techniques.
  • Define and develop approaches to drive AI adoption across the organization through various AI solutions.
  • Enable data-driven decision making and co-create business strategy through storytelling with data.
  • Build and manage external relationships for outside-in perspectives and share learnings.
  • Drive AI & Analytics projects end-to-end, including conceptualization, development, implementation, and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in quantitative fields from top-tier institutions.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles.
  • Strong collaborator with abilities to influence and challenge conventional thinking.
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize, and govern project execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Analytics/ML/Deep tech/GenAI technologies and applications.

Measures of Success:

  • Ability to form partnerships with functional leaders and influence decision-making through data.
  • Improvement in operational efficiencies and enablement of business goals achievement.
  • Number of AI use case implementations.
  • Improvements in algorithm outcome and model performance.
