We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Business Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving deal pricing, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), variance analysis, and management reporting.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while protecting margins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, review, and validate deal structures.
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Consolidate financial data across business units and deliver forward-looking analysis.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight business trends.
  • Analyze variances against budgets and forecasts to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Recommend corrective actions and support performance improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present management packs, dashboards, and executive reports to support leadership in strategic reviews.
About You:

A highly skilled Financial Business Leader with Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of post-qualification experience in business finance, preferably in IT/ITeS or services industry.

The candidate should have strong exposure to deal pricing, FP&A, variance analysis, and management reporting. A proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making is essential.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for this role. Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an added advantage.
