As a seasoned leader in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions for our Global Banking Firm's Wealth and Retail Banking sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end FP&A activities including planning, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure seamless alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement industry best practices for efficiency, accuracy, and control across all FP&A processes.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team focused on capability development and employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • A strong educational background in finance or equivalent, coupled with 12+ years' experience in Financial Planning & Analytics within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Ability to bridge financial insights with business strategy and influence decision-making at senior levels.
  • Proven experience in managing and motivating cross-functional finance teams to achieve optimal results.
  • High proficiency in data interpretation, scenario analysis, and driving tangible outcomes.
