About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading online banking and mobile banking projects in financial institutions. Ideal candidates should have multiple project experiences along with software development experience in banks, with over 5 years of relevant working experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, ensuring projects are concluded within budget and deadline targets while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Guide and review requirements documents, functional specs, technical design documents, and proposals for projects and change requests.
• Organize meetings with stakeholders to capture requirements and turn them into SRS documents. Capture, guide, and review detailed scope of change requests, managing scope effectively.
• Identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies of the project, communicating through project status reports and project boards.
• Actively review project teams' project artifacts and documents.
• Present similar projects and related products to prospects during visits, engage in Proof-Of-Concepts engagements held in client premises, develop proposal scope, initial high-level implementation plan, licensing requirements, and fill RFP matrices related to area of knowledge.
• Prepare training materials, conduct trainings.
• Conduct project presentations, daily huddles, project board, steering committee meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in delivering online banking and mobile banking and omni-channel projects in financial institutions.
• Complete command over Agile Scrum and Waterfall and other SDLC methodologies.
• Complete command of Microsoft Project, project planning, and execution.
• Complete understanding of test management practices, test planning, test monitoring, control, and governance.
• Exceptional presentation skills, ability to present information on PowerPoint, narrate, and explain senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of processes, preferably PMP, CSM, and CMMI qualified.
• Experience in managing large-scale enterprise projects in the finance industry.
• Great interpersonal skills, communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, escalation management, and conflict management with strong organizing ability. Ability to build and develop relationships, inform, and persuade others.

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Banking experience is an added advantage.
• BSCS / BSSE / MSCS / MSSE degree.
• Any certification is an added advantage.
