The Opportunity
  • Driving complete IT transformation: From strategy to execution, you'll lead a comprehensive overhaul of our IT infrastructure, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
  • Demonstrating quantifiable impact: You'll be adept at validating IT's contribution to cost reduction, quality improvement, and performance enhancement.
  • Championing Innovation with AI & Automation: You will lead the charge in implementing cutting-edge automation and AI/ML solutions to unlock new business value.
  • Building Strategic IT Function: Realigning IT with core business objectives, fostering continuous improvement, and establishing robust governance.
Requirements
  • A seasoned IT leader with 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles leading significant IT transformations (40+ staff).
  • Proven hands-on experience and comfort working within smaller, agile organizational structures.
  • A track record of successfully transforming underperforming IT departments into strategic assets, delivering measurable results against cost, quality, and performance.
  • Deep expertise in IT automation and the practical application of AI/ML within an IT setting to drive business value.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework, operational excellence, cloud computing, and IT service management best practices.
  • Extensive experience supporting the IT infrastructure of digital marketing and call center ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
