Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Equity Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the retail and high net worth individual (HNI) segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new trading accounts and expand existing relationships with clients.
- Provide post-market support and services to our B2B channel partners.
- Identify and reactivate dormant and inactive trading accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Cross-sell a range of financial products, including mutual funds, insurance, fixed deposits, and loans.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and meetings with prospects, utilizing our CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in stock broking, banking, and insurance sectors.
- NISM qualification is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency and technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in using LMS and CRM portals.
