Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our city-wide operations, driving timely and efficient services to customers.

  • The ideal candidate will manage a team of ground staff, focusing on deployment, training, uptime, servicing, and utilization to optimize service delivery.

  • This role involves continuously analyzing processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and improve service efficiency.

  • A key aspect of this position is designing an optimized instant-delivery network to minimize delivery timelines and maximize efficiency.

  • The selected candidate will develop scalable processes that can be replicated in top cities across the country, expanding the value proposition.

  • This role requires establishing performance monitoring metrics by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, service breaches, lost orders, cost per service, etc.

  • The successful candidate will build and lead teams of hub executives and recruiters.

  • Another critical responsibility is driving service staff acquisition through on-ground marketing efforts.

  • The selected individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvements in technology and algorithms used by the operations team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10-14 years of experience in driving business and last-mile operations.

  • Proven track record of handling operations P&L, large grey-collar teams, and complex ground operations.

  • Excellent data and analytical skills to own performance metrics.

  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required.
