We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of operational dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and own dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers to provide visibility into operational performance (attendance, trials, hygiene audits, escalations).
  • Collaborate with Tech/Product teams to refine and rollout ops dashboards or tools.
  • Support city and cluster leads in conducting high-quality governance rituals.
  • Track and follow through on agreed actions — become the 'ops conscience' of the organization.
  • Support onboarding of new Cluster Managers and Center Managers.

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in operations roles is highly desirable.
