Job Title: Procurement Strategist

Job Description:

The Procurement Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies to achieve cost savings, process efficiencies, and high-quality supply chain management. This role includes leading the procurement team, managing supplier relationships, driving cost reductions, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships across domestic and international markets, focusing on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Establish policies and procedures to standardize and optimize procurement operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive procurement/purchasing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience with international sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
