Business Development Manager for Patna Region
Are you a results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in leading teams and driving growth? Do you have a passion for the elevator industry and a keen understanding of regional market trends?
This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee business development, manage daily operations, and drive performance of our Patna branch.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee business development and strategy in the region to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Manage daily operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Drive overall growth and performance of the branch through effective leadership and strategic planning.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 7+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Senior Sales/BD Role.
- Elevator industry experience of 5+ years in Otis/Kone/Schindler/TKE/Johnson.
- Ability to understand and translate engineering drawings.
- Business development and strategic planning skills.
- Strong understanding of elevator industry standards and regulations.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
