  • Ensure effective usage of CRM system.
  • Stay updated on technical aspects of new products/services as well as competitors' offerings.
  • Analyze assigned territory and ensure deep market penetration into C and D class towns.
  • Share and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with RSM/ZSM, and report any new developments in assigned territory.

You will work closely with cross-functional departments – service, marketing, and credit control – to ensure better customer satisfaction.
