About the Position

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the company's profit and loss statement and driving its growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning end-to-end profit and loss management, setting business strategies, and translating them into actionable plans.
  • Taking ownership of enterprise-wide operations across commercial, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, human resources, information technology, compliance, and environmental, social, and governance initiatives.
  • Driving market expansion with a focus on oil and gas and new industries; building partnerships in key regions.
  • Developing a predictable order book and margin profile; negotiating long-term contracts with key clients.
  • Improving manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and quality; deploying capital expenditures with discipline.
  • Leading digital transformation; implementing data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Strengthening supply chain resilience through vendor development and strategic sourcing.
  • Establishing a high-performance culture with clear key performance indicators and leadership development programs.
  • Representing the organization externally with customers, partners, auditors, banks, and industry bodies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 18 years of experience in B2B manufacturing or industrial engineering with a proven track record of managing profit and loss and scaling businesses.
  • Success in driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts; oil and gas, manufacturing, or heavy engineering background preferred.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chains, and capital expenditure deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • A people leader who builds accountable teams and fosters a performance-oriented culture.
  • Education: Engineering (preferred) + MBA/PGDM desirable.
