Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role:

Groupsoft US Inc is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to drive and fulfill the talent acquisition requirements for our India, US, and Canada offices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in recruitment best practices and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall recruitment strategy to attract top talent for various functions within the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Align recruitment efforts with project needs and larger business goals.
• Design and execute targeted recruitment initiatives that highlight the organization's brand and culture as well as improve candidate outreach.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from open requisition stage to the offer stage.
• Manage open requisitions from building job descriptions, running job postings, resume screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and feedback management.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in interviewing and selection process to secure the best talent while maintaining transparency.
• Build and maintain a 'to-go' clean and accurate candidate database for recruiters to reduce time-to-closure of open positions.
• Seamless collaboration with all involved stakeholders and candidates.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.

Candidate Sourcing & Networking:

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using various channels, including internal database; employee referrals; job portals; social media, and 3rd Party Vendors.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
• Attend industry events, career fairs, and networking activities to build connections with potential candidates.

Employer Branding:

• Lead initiatives to establish the company as an employer of choice for potential employees.
• Create and promote content that showcases the company culture, values, and policies & benefits to enhance the organization's visibility in the job market.
• Leverage social media platforms to engage with prospective candidates and boost the company's reputation as a great place to work.

Data-Driven Recruitment:

• Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activities, pipeline health, and any recruitment challenges to the leadership team.
• Propose and implement strategies to improve candidate outreach, engagement, and overall hiring process based on data analytics.

Team & Vendor Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure a high-performing recruitment function.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the best services are provided.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and department heads, to ensure alignment on hiring goals and processes.

Compliance & Best Practices:

• Ensure that recruitment processes are in full compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and changes in labor market conditions.
• Implement and enforce consistent hiring standards across departments.

Onboarding & New Hire Experience:

• Work closely with HR and department heads to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new hires.
• Gather feedback from new employees to continuously improve the onboarding experience and reduce early attrition.

Requirements:

• Experience: 12+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a US Based Resourcing role.
• Well-versed in US hiring processes including I-9, W2, and W4 requirements.
• Able to work in a partly US shift (12pm-10.00pm) to enable interaction with US-based candidates and company's internal hiring managers in the US and Canada offices.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent HR certification is a plus.
• Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
• Managerial Skills: Proven ability to manage and develop a team of recruiters and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, timely, and transparent communications.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, etc.), business tools like Excel/Google Suite, make Presentations and Reports.
• A positive can-do attitude: A progressive growth mindset with ownership to accomplish goals and timelines. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving are required.
