Strategic Talent Acquisition

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for people manager positions. Your goal will be to ensure exceptional candidate experiences through the implementation of various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking events.

Talent Development

You will provide feedback and training to recruiters to improve their performance and enhance the overall quality of the Talent Acquisition function. Additionally, you will partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and business priorities.

Data-Driven Decision Making

You will provide insights and recommendations based on data to enhance our talent acquisition strategies. This will involve conducting timely audits and reviews of recruitment activities, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing quality assurance strategies.

Employer Branding

You will enhance our employer brand by creating compelling job advertisements and leveraging our online presence. You will also represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or MBA/PGDHRM
  • Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role, with a focus on strategic hiring
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) Preference: Workable and HR software
  • Proficient in MS Excel & other Microsoft Office applications
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics
