About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at Copeland. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with our global practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the needs of our shared service structure in India
  • Implement process improvements and best practices in recruitment operations
  • Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Collaborate with business leaders and global engineering and IT leaders to drive selection processes and provide key metrics and analysis
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure smooth process flow
  • Stay ahead of market trends and provide insights to the team to acquire the right talent
  • Provide direction and manage a dynamic recruitment team

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • 3+ years of experience in leading a dynamic talent acquisition team
  • Extensive experience in recruitment operations with knowledge of applicant tracking systems and external sourcing channels
  • Oracle Recruit and LinkedIn hiring experience required
  • Strong experience designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and programs
  • Ability to influence leaders positively in taking data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in competency-based interviewing techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to articulate complex issues and solutions to different audiences
