Job Title: Education Loan Sales Director

At Orange Shark, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Education Loan team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the education finance industry.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, as well as coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Analyzing sales data to inform business decisions

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus commission and bonuses. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
