About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors in the U.S. This role requires a proactive approach in bench sales, relationship management, and candidate placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and market IT consultants on the bench (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to potential clients and vendors.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for placing bench candidates in contract roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and hiring managers.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source opportunities for bench candidates.
- Negotiate terms, rates, and contract agreements with clients and vendors.
- Track market trends and keep up with industry developments to improve sales effectiveness.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and consultants to secure placements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate submissions and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in U.S. IT bench sales and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of U.S. work authorizations and visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
- Proven track record of successfully placing bench candidates in contract roles.
- Experience working with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners.
- Excellent networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
