About Us
Neon AI is a pioneering AI-powered Analytics Saa S platform , offering Advanced Analytics, BI solutions, and AI-driven automation for Enterprises and Mid-Market Businesses across industries. We are seeking a Director - Sales & Sales Operations - to drive revenue growth, optimize sales processes, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth – Quarterly MRR Target driven
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Drive new business acquisition for BI, Analytics, and AI Saa S solutions.
Manage enterprise and mid-market sales cycles , from lead generation to deal closure along with a team.
Optimize sales workflows, CRM management, and reporting for operational efficiency.
Drive sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and deal progression.
2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Design and implement lead generation strategies to drive high-quality sales pipelines.
Collaborate with marketing for demand generation campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives.
3. Channel Partner & Account Management
Build and manage a strong channel partner network (distributors, resellers, system integrators).
Develop long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring account growth and retention.
Negotiate Commercial contracts and expand partnerships
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience : 10-15 years in selling Saa S-based software selling, BI, Analytics, and AI platform solutions sales.
Proven Success : Track record of closing medium size enterprise deals and achieving revenue targets single handedly
Global Market Exposure : Experience handling Large & Mid-Market business accounts in UK, USA, Canada, Middle East & Africa.
Sales Leadership : Ability to build, lead, and scale a sales team.
Channel Partner Expertise : Strong background in partner acquisition & management.
Tech-Savvy : Deep understanding of AI, BI Technology Saa S, and Cloud Solutions.
