About this Role

As a strategic partner to the executive leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support decision-making with data-driven insights and analytical rigor.
  • Drive business performance and efficiency by identifying opportunities and implementing process improvements.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless orchestration of priorities and facilitate cultural integration.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and vision.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or exposure to P&L management or strategic projects preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive cross-functional initiatives, and influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and fluency in corporate communication dynamics.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution capabilities through past projects or business success.
