We're Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Corporate Office Gasonet, Noida

Gasonet
is seeking a dynamic, strategic finance leader to join our executive team as Chief Financial Officer. This pivotal role will drive financial performance, ensure robust fiscal management, and shape long-term growth in the rapidly evolving City Gas Distribution (CGD) industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and expansion plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit processes, and GAAP/IND-AS standards
  • Partner with the executive team on mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising initiatives
  • Mentor and build a high-performance finance team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA in Finance
  • 15–20 years of post-qualification experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the CGD sector
  • Proven track record in financial leadership roles at large, matrixed organizations
  • Expertise in cost controls, risk management, and treasury functions
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
