Job Title: Business Partner & Strategic Advisor

  • This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leaders and drive business growth through strategic people management.

  • As a trusted advisor, you will consult with senior leaders to take actions on emerging people and organizational culture topics.
  • Your focus will be on executing the people strategy in line with our business strategy.
  • You will work closely with business leaders to analyze the business plan for workforce planning and enable business development of a robust talent pipeline.
  • In addition, you will understand and drive company policies and guidelines, customized to support our business strategy.
  • Other key responsibilities include analyzing and driving cultural change in line with our business strategy, identifying talents with potential, developing them, and building organizational capability through competency evaluation.
  • You will guide and facilitate people managers in handling critical people topics and facilitate SGES planning workshops.
  • Furthermore, you will provide insights from data analysis to help management take appropriate decisions and keep track of headcount development.
  • Last but not least, you will curate and execute initiatives to enhance employee experience.
