
Business Development Partner

The primary objective of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales of our products and services. This involves collaborating closely with these partners to create and execute sales strategies and plans, as well as providing training and support to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
Another key responsibility of this position is to identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach. This requires a deep understanding of the industry trends and market developments, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest market research and analysis.
Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the business leader. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Finally, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in the related industry.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
