Job Title: Chief Data Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Wealth Businesses in a strategic direction, leveraging data-led insights to drive customer-centric outcomes. As a Chief Data Strategist, you will set the direction for Data & Analytics (D&A) across our Wealth franchises, maximising opportunities and value for our customers.

You will be responsible for managing budget and performance, as well as leading the team's workflow and delivery, working across the broader D&A area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting the strategic direction for Data & Analytics (D&A) across our Wealth franchises
  • Leveraging new capabilities delivered under our bank-wide data strategy to drive customer-centric outcomes
  • Managing budget and performance, as well as leading the team's workflow and delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive domain knowledge of financial services and a deep understanding of leading teams who use D&A to influence business and customer decision-making
  • Strong knowledge and awareness of regulatory requirements and business processes within financial services and private banking and wealth management
  • A good understanding of wealth businesses and our strategic priorities, as well as an awareness of the wider commercial landscape
