- Maintain accurate sales reports using Microsoft Excel and work collaboratively with the team.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in franchise sales with 20+ franchises sold.
- Excellent consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for revenue generation and mastering various business sectors.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, along with proficiency in regional languages (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi) depending on the market covered.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields preferred but secondary to your sales record.
