Your Key Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in franchise sales with 20+ franchises sold.
  • Excellent consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for revenue generation and mastering various business sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, along with proficiency in regional languages (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi) depending on the market covered.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields preferred but secondary to your sales record.
