Job Description

About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the expansion of a franchise network, developing strong relationships with partners and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Development:
    • Identify and approach potential franchise partners to grow the network
    • Pitch the franchise model effectively, highlighting benefits and responsibilities
    • Negotiate terms and close agreements to onboard new partners
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop customized pitches to secure franchise deals and drive sales growth
    • Conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions to address inquiries and concerns from potential partners
  • Onboarding and Integration:
    • Act as the single point of contact for new franchise partners during onboarding, ensuring all queries are addressed
    • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition and handover of the franchise to local management teams
  • Market Analysis and Lead Generation:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and industry trends
    • Build a pipeline of prospective franchise partners and maintain accurate tracking of all deals
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring a positive onboarding experience
    • Represent the organization's brand values and business ethics in all interactions with industry stakeholders

Qualifications and Skill Set:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Understanding of franchise models and motivations of potential franchisees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in franchise sales, development, and management in the retail sector
  • Proven track record of developing master-franchisees or direct franchisees across various cities
  • Familiarity with franchise regulations and compliance requirements
