The Area General Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding the franchise network across designated regions.
- Lead market identification and strategy for expansion, collaborating with regional managers to identify high-potential cities.
- Analyse building material data to identify key growth opportunities through market research.
- Manage team members to collect, analyse and call leads from potential areas.
- Provide guidance, training and support to ensure alignment with Livspace's franchise selection criteria.
- Select potential franchise profiles that align with Livspace's standards.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects in target areas.
- Plan weekly visits to potential franchise areas to understand market dynamics and strengthen connections.
- Persuasively pitch the franchise model to prospective partners, generating interest and driving conversions.
- Onboard new franchises by converting right profiles into Livspace partners.
- Ensure all necessary steps are completed to make new franchises operational and live within set timelines.
- Achieve franchise onboarding targets and consistently meet KPIs.
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations or sales.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding and target achievement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet prospects and explore new markets.
