  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead data.
  • Track business development activities and prepare reports on pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed degree/diploma in Business, HR, or Marketing, strong communication and relationship-building skills, interest in HR, staffing, and recruitment industry trends, detail-oriented and adaptable individual.
