Lead Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Coding Efficiency and Collaboration: Write efficient code, debug and resolve issues, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements.
  • Mentorship and Technological Advancements: Mentor junior developers and stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency and Experience: Proficiency in software development with skills in languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript, experience with mobile app development and cloud solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI automation and machine learning concepts, ability to troubleshoot and debug code efficiently.
  • Skill Sets: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work independently and remotely, strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, experience in the IT industry and familiarity with agile methodologies a plus.
