We're seeking a visionary Project Manager to lead and implement our community initiatives, overseeing diverse projects that yield tangible outcomes.

  • Implement and oversee multiple projects with specialized teams
  • Ensure successful achievement of project targets and deliverables
  • Prepare and submit activity reports to stakeholders and key partners
  • Foster and maintain partnerships for collaborative success and growth
  • Travel within and outside regions for project implementation and coordination
  • Build a mentorship program and coordinate with volunteers involved in projects

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in community development and project management
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi, with excellent communication skills
  • A positive, community-focused mindset and empathetic approach
