We are seeking an experienced Corporate Communications leader to head the function for a leading organization's India operations. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy, aligned with global objectives, to strengthen brand presence and positioning in India.

  • Develop and drive external communication strategies that align with global communications agendas.
  • Act as a spokesperson and manage all media relations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Position the organization as an employer of choice through media, social media, and awards positioning.
  • Lead employer branding and employee engagement campaigns at scale.
  • Drive content strategies for social media, websites, and digital platforms.
  • Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on communication strategies and execution.
  • Manage creative agencies and deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Media, Social Media, or Employer Branding.
  • Strong media relations with local and regional networks.
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling skills.
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
