Senior Development Engineer Role

The role of Senior Development Engineer is a crucial part in our development team, responsible for carrying out development tasks in Python and React. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI tools and be able to incorporate them into their daily work.

A key aspect of this position is its pivotal role in the success of our projects. To excel in this role, one must possess advanced knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies (SDLC), operating systems, algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming systems, and databases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create high-level and low-level designs for given functional requirements as marketable features or use cases.
  • Mentor junior team members on technical skills, methodology, and product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate expertise in technology associated with primary products.
  • Foster adherence to best coding practices.
  • Assist colleagues in design reviews, code reviews, implementation, and information about existing implementations.
  • Become an expert in one or more modules of the product.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have experience working on multi-tiered desktop or client-side web applications using one or more web and UI frameworks. This requires a deep understanding of system architecture and the ability to develop scalable solutions.
