School Business Development Executive
About the Role:The Business Expansion Specialist reports to the Operations Manager and is accountable for franchising and sales growth of educational institutions. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, negotiation skills, and effective communication & presentation skills to engage with potential partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating opportunities for expanding preschools.
- Conducting market research for opening new locations.
- Developing marketing strategies for lead generation.
- Presenting to potential business partners.
- Evaluating candidate profiles for suitability as a franchise partner.
- Designing marketing initiatives for acquisition.
- Ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Coordinating with business partners for smooth operations.
- Benchmarking school performance against company standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Post-graduate degree in Management (Operations / Sales) or Graduate degree (BBA / BMS) with 5-7 years of experience in franchising / sales / institutional sales.
- Understanding of regional markets and willingness to travel.
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong networking and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience:
PG in Management (Ops/Sales) or Grad (BBA/BMS) with 5-7 yrs exp in Franchisee/ Sales/Inst’l Sales
Preferred Skills:
Excellent Communication & Info Mgmt skills; Strong Networking and Presentation Skills; High level of focus on work/attention to detail and accuracy
