About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Partnership leader to play a pivotal role in building our sales function and driving revenue growth. - Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Sales Enablement: Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend client needs and develop tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and potential clients, offering valuable insights to enhance our sales strategy.
Key Qualifications
- Proven success in closing high-ticket B2B sales and partnerships, with a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results.
