We are seeking a results-driven Sales Strategist to spearhead client acquisition efforts for luxury real estate offerings.

Job Description
  • Lead Generation & Acquisition:
    • Identify and qualify high-value leads through digital platforms, property expos, referrals, wealth managers, and premium networks.
    • Develop tailored outreach strategies for the luxury segment.
  • Client Engagement & Qualification:
    • Assess client needs and budget alignment through initial discovery calls, in-person meetings, and digital interactions.
    • Qualify leads before handover to the senior sales/closing team.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Input:
    • Stay up-to-date on luxury real estate and lifestyle market trends.
    • Provide strategic input to the sales leadership team on sourcing trends and untapped segments.
  • Relationship Building & Networking:
    • Cultivate relationships with premium clients, referral partners, and key influencers in the luxury ecosystem.
    • Attend high-end real estate and lifestyle events to generate visibility and leads.
  • CRM & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM tools and track pipeline activity regularly.
    • Share weekly reports with actionable insights.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field, with 5-7 years of experience in sourcing or business development roles. Demonstrated success in sourcing high-ticket clients and generating qualified leads is essential.
