We are currently seeking an experienced Loan Origination System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and customizing the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) to ensure smooth system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.
  • Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.

System Maintenance & Upgrades

  • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.

Integration Management

  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
  • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
  • Support audits and system usage reviews.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.

Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is a plus.

ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.
