About this Role

We seek an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate has expertise in Banking & Financial Services workflows, hands-on knowledge of Loan Origination System (LOS), and strong experience with Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for solutions.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of modules including Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Deposit Account Opening, Treasury, and Automation.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend enhancements aligned with banking operations.
  • Collaborate with Admins, Developers, Architects, and QA teams to ensure proper design and delivery.
  • Configure features including Credit Memo, Collateral, Document Manager, Covenant Tracking, Approval Processes, and Workflow Automation.
  • Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce implementations in banking/financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Treasury Management, and Banking Operations.
  • Hands-on experience in modules such as: Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Automation processes.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Lightning).
  • Ability to create user stories, process flows, functional specs, and test cases.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Strong understanding of data migration, integrations (APIs, middleware), and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred/Good-to-Have

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
  • nCino certifications.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, KYC, AML, and Risk Management in banking.
  • Experience in global digital transformation projects.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA / MS) preferred but not required.
