
Strategic Talent Solutions Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to drive strategic and operational hiring initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and building strong pipelines aligned with evolving business needs.
The successful candidate will possess an excellent understanding of business requirements and be able to translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment across functions, with strong expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring.
- Leadership & Niche Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership/niche roles.
- Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles to minimize time-to-hire.
- Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods.
- Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey.
- Interview & Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews.
- Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics and integrate insights into decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Domain Exposure: Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.
- Senior/Niche Hiring: Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.
- Business Understanding: Strong business acumen with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
- People Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.
