Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Talent Development Specialist to drive our talent management, learning and development initiatives.

This role will focus on enhancing our organizational capabilities by identifying and developing critical talent across our organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive talent management and L&D initiatives
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify critical talent gaps and develop targeted solutions
  • Analyze data to inform talent development decisions and measure program effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR or related field, with expertise in talent development and management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
