Talent Management Lead Position

The organization is seeking an experienced talent management lead to design, execute and govern strategic initiatives that cultivate a high-performing workforce.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a robust talent management strategy aligned with business objectives, developing and executing succession planning processes, managing the competency management framework, building and rolling out capability-enhancing programs, analyzing HR analytics, collaborating with business leaders and HR business partners, designing leadership interventions, and driving performance management cycles.

Qualifications for this role include 7-8 years of experience in talent management, an MBA/PGPM (HR) background, experience in talent management process design and execution, strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize effectively and facilitate actions across teams, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Design and implement a talent management strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute succession planning processes to identify and groom high-potential talent.
  • Manage the competency management framework to identify skills gaps and integrate them into performance and development cycles.
  • Build and roll out capability-enhancing programs to boost employee performance and readiness.
  • Analyze HR analytics to inform leadership decisions and prepare dashboards and reports on talent metrics.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR business partners to align talent strategies with functional priorities.
  • Design, manage, and measure leadership interventions to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
  • Drive the implementation of performance management cycles and coach line managers on effective performance feedback.

The ideal candidate will possess strong competencies in analytical mindset, professional persistence and accountability, creativity and innovation, interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and planning and organizing.
