Job Title

As a strategic leader, you will drive our talent acquisition efforts in the fintech industry.

  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition plan that meets our short-term and long-term hiring needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure high performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
